Mr. Gilmore’s knowledge base on businesses plans and different industries is impressive, having written business plans for companies in hundreds of diverse industries. He is the face of the company, working directly with every single client from the time they call to the delivery of the plan while managing the writing and research throughout the process. With an Entrepreneurship & Strategic Management degree from the University of North Texas and a history of starting his own companies, he is able to share his knowledge of entrepreneurship and successful business practices to ensure Optimus clients receive the same results.
Tom Irwin is a business consultant who specializes in helping small businesses expand their operations through the acquisition of funding and coaching. Mr. Irwin has extensive experience working with startups and existing companies to “get to a better place.” Tom has a MBA in Finance and was well trained by General Electric, Frito-Lay, Hunt Electronics, Nortel, G.D. Searle, and Regal Cookware before entering the world of entrepreneurship in the 1980s. Mr. Irwin has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs, some owning companies in excess of $300 million and some under $300,000.
