New businesses continue to soar as business startups were at a 15 year high in 2010 according to the Kauffman Foundation. An incredible 340 out of 100,000 adults launched a business each month last year, totaling 565,000 startups monthly during 2010. Nevada and Georgia had the highest rates, with West Virginia coming in as the lowest.
